Conventional talk therapy sometimes simply doesn’t work for people to resolve their issues, or heal their core wounds. For some personality types, talking too much about their issues only makes them disregulated, and ultimately makes them worse. I’ve known people who went through 5-10 therapists, talked about everything, and never felt they were truly helped, and actually felt more burdened by the added disregulation. I find that all of my clients have some things they can only heal by becoming their own medicine, through their Spirit Warrior training. And not by endless verbal vomiting of their problems.
For me, fitness training has always been my therapy and medicine, even before I knew that that’s what it was. When I was a teenager, it was running and weight lifting, in my 20’s it was that plus Yoga, and currently it's all those things but even more importantly it’s Martial Arts. Punching and kicking the heavy bag is undeniably one of the most effective medicines I am aware of. I saw a BJJ meme years ago, and it said, ‘The best therapist I know, is trying to choke me unconscious on the floor.’ For people who don’t do martial arts training, this probably sounds terrifying. This is why this path is not for everyone.
Recently I did a 4 hour martial arts training in the park. The reason it was 4 hours is because I enjoy it so much, I lost track of time. Thankfully my training partner loves martial arts too, so we both lost track of time.
The more challenging the practice, the more medicinal. When I first stated to practice BJJ, I trained with men, because the Dojo I was at had very few women, and some training sessions had no women. Every time I learned a really painful move, my thought was, this hurts like hell, but this is incredible that this is possible! I just got destroyed, and I love this! It may sound masochistic, but it really isn’t. It’s simply training. You have to be able to be humble to be wisened by and to enjoy your training, if you want to master your self.
I always feel 10 times better, a lot less stressed, my mind is more focused and more at peace, after very long and challenging martial arts training. There is no equivalent or substitute for this Spirit Medicine. And I do not believe that enlightenment is possible without a healthy dose of your Coach or Sifu, or even a training partner, beating the crap out of you, to show you all of your weaknesses and vulnerabilities. To me this is true love. And it’s not the valentines day hearts with chocolates and teddy bears. Nothing wrong with that, if it is for someone else. It’s just boring as hell for me.
Another thing I noticed is that a person has to be at a certain level of maturity to be teachable and coachable to the Spirit Warrior path. Not everyone finds this path, because not everyone sincerely wants to change. They may say they do, and be going through the motions. But I have observed that, only the people who are willing to train very very hard to achieve excellence, let go of their toxic patterns that they have accustomed to, stop making excuses for their shortcomings, and cultivate virtues, are being honest that they want change. In a very real way it is a death of the old self and a birth of the new self. Birth is always a very painful, messy, and bloody process. It’s not sugar and roses as people wish it was.
People who sit on the coach, watch TV, eat popcorn, and expect the politicians they vote for to create change for them, are going to be very disappointed. Change requires radical personal responsibility. Starting with the acceptance that everything in your life is of your own creation, consciously or unconsciously, the good and the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. Then committing to heal the wounds of the past, creating a healthy new whole coherent You, which in turn will manifest a healthy new coherent peaceful reality, for yourself first. Then sharing that peace with the world. Nothing in the world changes until you change.
If people are not motivated enough to let go of their negative attachments and vices that block them from cultivating virtues, to become a cleansed vessel for Spirit to work through them, they may never find this path of Spirit Medicine. Or if they find it, they will not stay on it. They’ll find that they are distracted, diverted, thrown off, derailed, tempted, tested, and one day they’ll want to just stop trying to return to the path. They’ll be too worn out by the struggle. But that’s precisely the moment to triple your efforts and re-commit to the sacred path. Because at first you have to put a lot of effort into your training, it’s a massive investment into the sacred path… but one day, that comes back to you. The investment pays off. The Spirit of the Sacred Warrior path comes and aids you, and gives you protection and aid, exactly when you need it most. When you have earned the trust of the beautiful sacred beings who are guardians of this path, after you have shown unconditional faith, they will help you win your battles.
It’s just like planting a seed, at first it needs all of your attention, you have to protect it from storms, strong winds, floods. But as it grows, you find it doesn’t need you much anymore. Eventually it grows on its own, and one day, it yields fruits and provides shade.
Genuine Spirituality requires a tremendous amount of self discipline. It’s not just about blissing out in a spa, avoiding stressful facts, and avoiding things that scare you. This doesn’t work anyway. Stress is what causes us to grow. And all of us have to face our fears. The greater our fears, the more we will be challenged by Spirit to face them. Spas have their place. But so do Dojos. As the Austrian Psychologist said, ‘One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
If you feel called to be on the path of a Spirit Warrior, then I have the program for you. This is not for everyone. If you want to train hard, be challenged to become the best version of yourself, have the opportunity to slay the biggest demons that are in your way to achieving greatness, face your own fears and win, if you are willing to let go of the obstacles that block you on your path of enlightenment, then this program may be for you.
Soon I will be offering a new and improved version of my Spirit Warrior Coaching Program. Read more about the program here:

I have been wanting to write for a while about what Psychic Self Defense and Spirit Warrior Meidicine actually entails. To some people its obvious, but some have never heard of it.
I watched this video below, and there are some very good points in it, that are a good starting place for me to expound further on the subject. It talks about how 1) Self Defense, 2) Martial Arts, and 3) Fighting are not the same thing. They have different purposes and practices, though they overlap.
BJJ and MMA Is Not Self Defense • Martial Arts Explored
Psychic Self Defense is what I practice and teach. Rather its more accurate to say that what I teach is Spirit Warrior Medicine, which is a unique healing art which I personally developed, based on years of practice and research into various healing modalities and Light Warrior paths. Spirit Warrior Medicine is rooted a lot in the Shamanic Warrior way, which is yet a 4th Warrior Art, that can be added to the list above, that also overlaps with those 3, and yet it’s its own path.
In a way, I feel like an eclectic Warrior, because in the search of finding my true path, I have explored, studied and dabbled in many Warrior arts. Yet many fighters have never heard of Psychic Self Defense, and some might even look down on Shamanism as trivial. I can’t agree. Whoever thinks that is missing an important part of the puzzle.
A lot of the spiritual and philosophical principles, strategic thinking, mental self control, cultivation of inner strength, resilience, integrity, respect for yourself and for your opponent, problem solving abilities, the philosophy of the Art of War - are the same, for a Shamanic Warrior as a Martial Artist or professional fighter. But the realms in which these ideas are applied are quite different, require certain problem solving abilities that are unique to that realm, and each Art has a language of its own. And as a result the art appears very different to the outside observer. Even though the intrinsic philosophy is the same. And ultimately the idea of the opponent, being ‘the self’ is the same. Though that self takes on different forms in different realms. And that is the tricky part.
My Art is really in the minority. There are numerous martial arts and self defense schools in every city practically. But you won’t find a Psychic Self Defense school in every city. There might be just be a few people in the country who are teaching these skills publicly. There are quite a few people practicing Psychic Self Defense, but not many who are making themselves available as a teacher to others. To me this shows that we’re in the dark ages, regarding our knowledge of this Art. There are 1000’s of great martial arts movies and books. But you’ll be pressed to find a modern, accurate, relevant for today’s world, actually empoweirng guide to Psychic Self Defense in a movie. There are some decent to good books out there, but just based on what I’ve seen, many of them have very basic introductory level of knowledge, incomplete information, and outdated information, or information based on old religious beliefs, not the ultimate reality and truth.
The reason for this I think is obvious. This is the most mystical and esoteric form of the Warrior Art. And the most terrifying for people. It also speaks to the fact that the modern slaves are mental slaves, not physical. The proverbial Spiritual War, spoken of in all religious and spiritual traditions, is centered around the realms of mind and soul. So as a result, for most people, is no longer as obvious as it was when the spiritual war was reflected in the physical realm, with actual military battles of massive proportions. Like in the movie the Matrix, Morpheus says, that ‘the enemy [of human kind]’ is ‘a prison without walls.’
Morpheus : The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work... when you go to church... when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.
Neo : What truth?
Morpheus : That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else you were born into bondage. Into a prison that you cannot taste or see or touch. A prison for your mind.
Shamans and Light Warriors understand that the 3D Matrix itself is a dark force entity, that it has entrapped human minds in the lower frequency range. We are inside it. Some people believe that a dark force entity can move into their body and reside in it, and they have to kick it out, like detoxing from parasites. That can happen. But the matrix is a much bigger more complex problem. We are inside the matrix. And in a way, you could say it is inside us, inside our minds, reading all of our thoughts all the time. How do you fight a system, of which you are part of, and which is a part of you, into which you are born and which controls/ informs all the aspects of our lives, to the point that that is all we know? (It’s not all I know, but for a lot of people, it is all they know.)
The majority of the work in the first 3 forms of Warrior art mentioned above, involves an individual fighting or defending against the attack of another physical person, or a group of people. Most people can deal with that, conceptually. Although no one wants to be attacked by another person, the following idea makes practical sense to every beginner in practical self defense: Kick him in the nuts, then poke him in the eyes, then kick or punch him in the liver, and that gives you enough time to run away and call the police. Professional fighters develop fighting styles and strategies that are based on them fighting a physical body, which they can perceive with the 5 sense (6th maybe a bit, if a person is open to that), but its a body like theirs, and its a person whose psychology is similar to theirs. Conceptually humans can deal with all this with their 3D matrix mind, that is based on materialistic science.
But in Psychic Self Defense, the attacks are coming from unseen realms, from often non human entities. From demons, dark spirits, spirits of the deceased, dark extra terrestrials, curses, spells, dark sorcerers and witches who could be 1000 years old, karmic patterns, and other things that many people have no conceptual frame work for. They may just have a general feeling that it’s a hostile force, or it’s an entity or a group of entities, and it’s attacking and harming them. But they don’t know why, or how to stop it, or where it came from. Some people live without worries, thinking these types of things are relics of the past, myths, or sci fi movie scenarios that can never actually be real, until one day they get attacked so badly, they want to die. And then they look for an exorcist, and realize they were wrong, in thinking that ‘If I don’t believe in it, it can’t hurt me.’
I work closely with the Archangels, particularly Archangel Michael. Just as some Martial Artists have swords, sticks, or a staff, I also have 2 swords, a staff, several different types of armor, a shield, but these are energetic. They are very real, but you can only see them, if you can see energy. I also work with physical tools, such as a Shamanic drum, my Mesa (stone altar), an iron dagger, rattle, feathers, crystals, stones, oils, candles, incense, herbs, pyramids, etc. My tools are my preference, they are not absolutely necessary, they magnify my energy. But I could work with my mind and consciousness alone. I worked that way for many years, before my tools came to me, one by one. They make the energy move faster.
“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
― Sun Tzu, The Art of War
When dealing with the spiritual realm, the realm of the soul, the mystical realms, many people don’t know either themselves or their enemy. And when it comes to the idea that the very reality, the 3D matrix we live in, is also attacking us, like any other dark force entity/ astral slug, then people are really lost and feel helpless.
However, I don’t want you feel helpless or lost. That’s why I share the Spirit Warrior Medicine with others, thats’ why I teach and guide. There are solutions, which work.
"It takes considerable knowledge just to realize the extent of your own ignorance." ~ Thomas Sowell
You really have to do a lot of inner work, a lot of spiritual and personal self development to be able to think outside the box, with this one. But it is possible to get out of this box, out of this 3D matrix, I promise you. The idea of waking up out of the matrix is correct. And a lot more people have been waking up probably since the 70’s then for a long time prior to that. But then what? Once you realize that everything is a lie, you are still here, so what are you supposed to do? Some people wake up to the point where they do begin to see the 4th density ‘astral zoo’ and all of these dark force entities that exist there, as well as the positive beings that exist there too. Seeing everything makes the work of a Spirit Warrior easier, it does not stop this work. Waking up, actually is the beginning of the Spirit Warrior journey for a lot of people, or the beginning of a phase into more subtle, spiritual realms of one’s journey as a Spirit Warrior.
Though most people can’t see the non-corporeal entities with their physical eyes, these dark force entities are nevertheless real, and cause real harm and damage to people’s souls, minds, sense of peace and well being, health, family life, ability to earn an income, and maintain relationships. These entities exist in non physical realms but have an effect on our plane of existence every single day in innumerable ways, though most people don’t realize they are impacted by and are interacting with these forces, during the course of their daily lives. You have to have your 3rd eye open, your intuitive abilities turned on, to be able to perceive these entities as they are. Astral vampires, leeches, spirits of deceased, demonic creatures, cords to other people or places, and many other types of destructive attachments can come from the unseen realms. Everyone has numerous dark force attachments, once we really look at their energy fields under a magnifying glass. They just can’t see them usually. Not everyone who has dark force attachments has obvious symptoms. Thats a misconception from the media, that ‘possessed’ look and act possessed. Some people look completely ‘normal’, they fit into the 3D matrix, they dress in very expensive clothes, they drive nice cars, they have high paying jobs and they are totally satanic, totally controlled by the dark forces. If you can’t see energy, you may never realize that.
You have to be very well trained in the Art of Psychic Self Defense, in order to ‘win fights’ with these dark forces. Predictably, they don’t want to leave their host. They have to be forcibly removed and properly disposed of. And you have to learn how to keep your frequency high and how to keep your psychic doors closed. If these entities are not properly dealt with, they can return to the same spot. Or another one can attach to the same spot on a person’s energy field. If you don’t even know you have psychic doors, and any dark force entity can open it, then you can become like grand central station, with all kinds of astral traffic moving through your mind, using up your energy, and you won’t know why your life is falling apart, why you are exhausted all the time, and why you keep having nightmares.
In working with clients, I do a lot of Spiritual Clearings and cleansings and then I train people how to manage their energy so they don’t get negative attachments in the future. I also teach people how to clear themselves, their loved ones, their homes and their property of any negativity. Some people ask me, how do I manage to not get other people’s negativity on me. The simple answer is, because I’m very good at what I do. Not bragging, just answering that question. Answering that question more deeply goes beyond the scope of this blog, however I may write more about that later. If you take my course, I will teach you exactly how I do what I do! Also read the other blogs on this site, and they may answer that question as well.
I find that the study of Martial Arts, Fighting, and practical Self Defense is very useful for me to expand my skills in Psychic Self Defense. Even though my instructors typically don’t know what I do. They just teach me what they know, and then I process that knowledge through my own experience and practice of that art. Whatever golden nuggets I distill out of that, get added to my Medicine. And I would say it would be very useful for professional fighters and Martial Artists to learn Psychic Self Defense. It would expand their consciousness, and provide them with the soul healing and clearing that I find many of them don’t even know exists, or don’t know much about. And yet their entire life would improve if they healed the soul and spiritual wounding they carry, and removed the spiritual baggage which they carry but don’t see, like all human beings do on this Earth, until they start to address it. I think all Warrior paths have something to teach each other, and learn from each other. I agree with Bruce Lee on that point a lot. In creating Jeet Kune Do, he was cultivating a warrior mind set into which all other martial arts styles can plug in and be useful. When I was a child, I thought all warriors did this (because I did), took the best from each path and made their own Warrior path. But I learned over the years, that many paths become self contained and people don’t color outside of those lines. They keep their traditions static and to themselves, and don’t want to change them. I am the opposite of that. I integrate change, I integrate everything that is real and useful; the process of integration of wisdom from all experiences is a core Shamanic healing practice. I believe a Warrior path must adapt to be relevant for people living today. Spirit Warrior Medicine is about producing results of health for real people, here and now. Not 1000 years ago when the conditions of life were different and people’s daily problems were different.
The purpose of Spirit Warrior Medicine and Psychic Self Defense includes the following:
- To protect and cultivate that which is sacred - your Self, your Soul, your Spirit and your connection to Source (aka the Creator, God, the Great Spirit, your Higher Power, etc.)
- Personal and Spiritual Development to move from 3D (3rd density false matrix, disconnected from Source) to 5D (5th density natural universal matrix, connected to Source) and beyond
- To integrate one’s own deeper creative potential trapped in one’s unconscious, aka ‘the shadow’ in Jungian psychology. This process is called Shadow Integration. No, it does not mean you integrate evil into yourself. The idea is that once you face the dark parts with love, they transform into light. You integrate the light that was unknown to you.
- To have the capability, skills and mindset of a Spirit Warrior who effectively overcomes all dark forces which block one’s progress and spiritual evolution
- To take the red pill :)
If you or someone you know is interested in learning Psychic Self Defense, or if you or someone you know is dealing with negative attachments and needs Spiritual Clearing and Cleansing please contact me. If you are going through a dark night of the soul, I can help as well. I would be happy to help you on your healing journey.

I was out of town for a couple of weeks, doing work. Busy working, busy studying for my Personal Fitness Trainer exam, no gym equipment. Definitely not enough working out. I worked out only 3 times. Saw some of my gains melt away, not a lot, but I’m measuring things with a microscope now… Its hard to build, easy to destroy. 5 days of not working out and I feel like a fat slob.
Today, I was back to ‘boot camp.’ Here is my work out from today.
8 min foam roller
5 min Yoga/ stretch
10 push ups
10 dead lifts
10 pull ups
16 weighted lunges
25 barbell squats
90 sec jump rope
20 min boxing/kick boxing practice (series of tabatas. 3 30 sec breaks throughout)
1 min suitcase crunches
10 ball push ups
20 and 20 dumbbell bicep curls
10 and 10 pistol squats
4 mile run
7 sprints (100 meter dash)
12 tricep dips
10 hanging leg raises
1 min suitcase crunches
10 pull ups
5 min Yoga/ stretch
I’m seeing my studying is paying off. My form is better. My awareness of how to group different exercise together is better, to achieve specific fitness goals, or fill in my weaknesses. I’m always experimenting (on myself lol). I’m learning so many new terms, and concepts, I sometimes forget the ones I already know lmao… Brain overload. When that happens, I just return to the basics. Mastering the basics is, after all, the most important thing.
I got a new foam roller, which I never had before, and I’m liking it. I also got some more weights. Every now and then I add a new piece of equipment to my home gym, and so it keeps growing and growing…
Some of you out there, who are not spiritual/ metaphysical, and/or don't know me, may not believe me, but because I’m intuitive and clairvoyant, I can see spiritual beings around me and interact with them. I’m a natural medium and this has been my norm since I was a baby. For years, while I was working out, I’ve had different types of Masters appear right in front of me and either do healing on me or some part of my life, give me fitness advice (not kidding!), give me life direction advice, etc.
A few months ago my most important Guide, Jesus Christ, appeared right in front of me as I was working out and was coaching me on which exercises to do and how many reps. Ha! I talk to JC often, but I just didn't expect at that time, for him to coach me in something mundane like working out. I took it as a sign that my idea that I should become a Personal Fitness Trainer was a good one, and JC supports that path. Morihei Ueshiba (founder of Aikido) appeared to me, first in a dream, I think about 1.5 yrs ago, where he transmitted the spirit of Aikido into my body through my hand. I did not know who he was at that time. In the dream I asked him what it was that he gave me. He said Aikido. I researched Aikodo, and identified the man from my dream as Morihei Ueshiba. Later he appeared to me, again, while I was in the middle of a kick boxing tabata, then a few times while I was running or doing kick boxing practice. He was giving me strategic guidance, regarding a life situation that required a careful application of the Art of War. Mary in Red appeared to me while I was doing sprints, and Mary in Blue appeared to me many times in dreams, always helping, healing and giving information. The Mantis beings, the Tiger, the Dragon seem to be around a lot, and some other totems and spirit beings are part of my practice now too. Sometimes I fuse their energies into mine and it aids my practice. These Sacred Teachers are visiting me all the time. I have on-going conversations with them, about my life, and about the world at large. They teach me to manage my life and my energy. Shamanism is fun :) If you don’t mind having to battle a lot of dark forces that hang out on this planet. Obviously, I don’t mind (anymore)… Not looking for it, but these entities think they rule this place and like to interfere in human affairs. So if they dare to interfere in my life, I forcefully clear them out. It’s all part of my training as a Spirit Warrior. Spiritual Warfare is real, and we are all involved. Whether you like it or not. I just accept this reality. It is. And I am. I just focus on my goals, and deal with whatever comes up, and seek to use every challenge that comes up as a furthering of my experience as a Spirit Warrior. Whatever useful is in the experience becomes part of my Medicine.
The point of my relating that to you, is to show that physical fitness is not separate from Spiritual development. Ultimately, both are the same thing, and both should serve a sacred cause. Your commitment to a sacred cause is what will determine what your physical practice style and volume should be. Some people tell me that working out or running is boring, and that's why they don’t like to do it. I’m sorry, to be so blunt, but you’re just being lazy and unimaginative. Working out does not have to be boring. While you’re working out or running, you can: listen to audiobooks, deeply think about your life’s problems and create solutions, mentally write a memoir, a play or a novel, pray, meditate, mentally talk to God, heal from any form of illness through prayer, meditation, and doing Energy Healing on yourself. It’s not hard to do what I do and use that time to pray and meditate and commune with your Spirit Guides and God. If you’re watching TV while you’re working out, watching things like CNN or listening to whatever trash passes for music nowadays, no wonder you’re bored. Throw that TV in the trash, and focus on developing your self, spirit, soul and mind instead. If you’re developing your body, while killing your soul and mind by putting trash into it, you are doing yourself a serious disservice, and missing the point of fitness.
Shamanism is a very ancient tradition, and is essentially about cultivating your personal power. I use the term power, in the literal sense of the word, a form of creative energy. So whenever I do any sort of physical fitness, I charge my spiritual and mental 'battery'. Everyone has a battery, and we use this energy when creating anything in the real world. In order for you to have energy to accomplish anything of substance in the real world, that battery needs to be re-filled regularly with fresh new energy. Because it is used constantly. Most regular people give this energy away easily, and do not cultivate it. They have no concept of tracking it, or that it can be cultivated and used for healing, warfare, light or dark purposes, it can be hidden and shape shifted. (Though it cannot be destroyed, just changed.) And so they end up being manipulated by those who do understand all those things.
So when I work out, I generate my own personal power and fill this battery. I think of physical fitness as a physical form of prayer. It’s my body praying and communing with the Creator, and receiving new energy directly from the Source of all Creation. I invite you to do the same. You can use this energy for personal healing, when directed that way. Or you can share that Medicine with others in need.
When you use that power in the real world, as long as your actions serve a sacred positive goal, you will be cultivating a positive form of Mastery. But if you do unethical things that serve demonic causes, harm others, are against God and life, then you will be cultivating a dark form of Mastery/ Sorcery. It’s related to karma. So doing evil in the world will back fire on you, eventually. So don’t do that.
Also, don’t let anyone sap your battery. Some people are vampiric and will deliberately find ways to sap your battery; such as through constant complaining at you, lying and conning you, through narcissistic attention seeking, through sucking you into their drama, etc. Stress, worry, anxiety, insomnia, physical or mental disease, depression, toxicity, addictions, co-dependent relationships, etc. are also just some things that will sap your energetic battery. When your energy is sapped, but you still have to go out there and work, solve problems, and in so many ways output your energy, you will inevitably feel resentment and like a victim, even like a slave in a system that is sucking you dry. I know a lot of people like that, and they have a very strong sense of lack, being helpless, being a victim in the world that doesn’t care about them, and not being able to affect change. These people tend to attract false prophets, who claim to be able to solve all their problems, and ‘give them their power back,’ usually by taking it from someone else. It’s a lie and an illusion. They can’t give people their power back, because they don’t have it, and taking it from someone else to give to someone else, doesn’t solve the problem. The reason these people don’t have any power, is because they never cultivated it. And that is the problem. Most people never sought to cultivate their nature in a positive way at all. And some who have, have given up along the way, because it's too difficult, and they are too lazy.
And I’ve also known people who have spent their lives, cultivating their personal power and using it for positive sacred causes, such as to help others, teach and heal this world and society. These people are few. I was blessed to have them as my teachers and mentors.
There are some people who will undoubtedly read this blog and decide that only Shamans, or Martial Artists, or certain types of people can or should cultivate their personal power, and that for a regular person it's just too difficult. Incorrect. Excuses. Everyone can and should. And it requires the development and refinement of ALL aspects of you: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, mundane and transcendent. Otherwise, it’s not mastery. Also, it’s not a competition. It’s simply a more mature, more meaningful way to live. Why wouldn’t you want that?
I hope one day, each of you, becomes a Master in your own life, a person who cultivates your self to such a degree, that you become Medicine for this world, and make our world brighter with your wisdom. That is my prayer for you all for 2020 and beyond!
