Think of your mind like a garden. It has beautiful trees, berry bushes, flowers. These are your positive ideas and dreams. The weeds are fears, doubts, trauma, limiting beliefs. Sometimes we have to weed the garden. But most of your attention has to go toward growing the beautiful fruit trees, and medicinal herbs and flowers. If you never pull the weeds out, the weeds will go out of control and destroy your garden. If you only pay attention to the weeds, you have no garden to speak of. It's a balance.
Shadow Integration and Psychic Self Defense work is like weeding. Meditation, Dreaming/ Manifestation, and Action are like planting and gathering a harvest. Only you can know what the right balance is for you between these two types of work. Because no one else knows your thoughts like you do. Not your guru, teacher, parent, boy/girl friend, spouse, coach, Ancestors, or even Angels. Some Angels may know, but they may still not tell you, because they know it’s your job to find that out for yourself. Only you know how dark your shadow is, how bright your inner light, or how grande your creative potential is. In the end, how good of a steward of your own life you've been, will be known by your fruits. People typically don't know and don't care about your thoughts, dreams, plans or shadows. But their lives will be forever changed by the fruits you shared with them, from your garden.
