Review for The Spiritual Protection & Psychic Self Defense Workshop:
I participated in this Psychic Self Defense Workshop in August with the intent to help myself feel more coherent. Even though fires where all over my country at the time and two power outages disconnected me from the group, even though I was stressed because my son couldn't attend the group as well and even though I really could not control any of the external circumstances just my reaction to them, Arriale and the group in total had this amazing energy that would allow the events to unfold and so I had the space needed to feel whatever I was feeling. Under the same circumstances I wouldn't be able to follow with the guided visualizations, but it happened just this. Scattered thoughts and stress were a secondary event when I was actually able to stay centered and follow the rest of the group. Arriale is a rare human with extraordinary capacities and being in the space she sets up for any workshop is enough for positive changes to occur on many subtle levels. These changes are real and I can say that for sure since I wrote this review a month after the workshop. And every day I am more and more coherent in all levels: mind, emotions, body, actions. Even my house is more coherent. I strongly recommend her workshops and her healing work to humans that suffer in any area of life.

Having never heard of psychic self-defense before and with no psychic ability or experience, I did not know if this was for me. Yet I had always been interested in the topic, having read various books throughout my life and always being attracted to Shamanism and martial arts and spirituality and a desire to help humanity in some way, as well as to develop myself. Being at a crossroad in my life, I decided to listen to my inner self and see what the workshop could show me. I did not expect to be able to fully participate in the journeys or other teachings. I have to admit a lot of it was somewhat intimidating at first, since I had never really given the dark forces much credence before, thinking it was all fiction and fantasy and misguided religious fervor. I'm still processing that. But in light of all the tumultuous happenings in the world and having heard so many dark stories from people who have crossed my path, even though I felt that my own life has been relatively sheltered and benign, I am realizing that there might be a lot happening in the universe that is real even though it all sounds surreal. And I feel the need to heed the calling to discover what my role might be in all of this. The workshop has really opened my eyes and my heart, in deep unexpected ways and I am looking at my life and all reality through new eyes. There is so much to learn, so much to think about and so much to do. I still am not sure if all this information can actually be true, but I am learning to trust my intuition and am grateful to have this guidance in my journey to connect with the Core Spirit.
